What is the order process and lead time?

Lead Time:

Doors: 10 - 12 weeks from drawing confirmation.
Canopies: 8 - 12 weeks from drawing confirmation.

Order Process

  1. Get a Quote
    Please contact our sales team with your required door style, measurements, and any specific requirements. We will then prepare a quotation for you.
  2. Confirm the Quotation
    Once you are happy with the quotation, we will provide a formal invoice for your review.
  3. Production Drawing
    After the deposit has been received, we will prepare a detailed technical drawing for your confirmation.
  4. Drawing Confirmation
    Please review and confirm the technical drawing carefully. Production will only begin once the drawing has been approved.
  5. Production
    Once the drawing is confirmed, we will begin manufacturing your order.
  6. Completion & Shipping
    When production is completed, we will share photos and videos with you for confirmation. After that, we will arrange door-to-door shipping.

How can you ensure my door’s dimensions are correct?

After production, all doors will undergo a test installation at our site. We will verify that all dimensions match the approved drawings before shipping them to you. Additionally, we will send you photos and videos for confirmation prior to packing.

Do I need to arrange the shipping myself?

No, you do not need to manage shipping. We will handle all the shipping for you, it will be included in the price.

Do You Provide PAS 24 Certification?

Yes, PAS 24 certification can be provided for selected metal door styles. Please note that this is available as an additional service and must be requested before ordering.
